Introduction

Welcome to Chapter 1 of Islamiat! In this chapter, we will learn about Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who is revered as the last messenger of Allah in Islam.

Early Life

Prophet Muhammad was born in the year 570 CE in the city of Mecca, which is located in present-day Saudi Arabia. He belonged to the noble Quraysh tribe.

Prophethood

At the age of 40, while meditating in a cave on Mount Hira, Prophet Muhammad received his first revelation from Allah through the Angel Gabriel. This marked the beginning of his mission as a prophet.

Conquest of Mecca
